We’ll start with a chat (online or IRL if you’re local) so I can understand your brand voice, target audience, and copy goals.

Then I’ll cast a professional eye over the copy on your homepage, About page, and two of:

  • Another website page (such as a sales or product page)

  • Your Instagram bio and pinned post captions

  • Your LinkedIn headline and about section

  • Your newsletter signup box and welcome email.

I drop all your copy into a Google doc (sometimes multiple Google docs) and make edits and suggestions for you to take away and implement on your website and other channels.

I’ll give you:

  • Structural notes to give your homepage a stronger narrative flow

  • Content suggestions to get your message and brand voice spot-on

  • Line edits to polish the details of grammar, spelling, and word choice.

I also leave you with a personalised brand voice style guide to help you keep your copy spot-on going forward.
